My 6-step healing journey
Like any journey, my self-discovery journey was all but linear. It’s been more like being in a skydiving simulator, with different thresholds and ups and downs for each step. Sounds familiar?
- Discovering my extra-sensory abilities
As a child, I used to see events before they happened, or premonitory dreams, sometimes a couple of weeks prior to them taking place. I also used to have a very strong energetic exchange with 3 stars that I could see from my bed. I would spend sleepless nights observing them and feeling I was observed by them, they were talking to me at times. I feared them initially, and then got to accept them.
- Shutting down extra-sensory abilities
The sensation of déjà-vécu (already lived) is defined by traditional psychologists as a false memory, whereas parapsychologists acknowledge it as a ‘normal’ phenomenon that might come from extrasensory perception at a deeper level, or from accessing parallel realities, or the collective unconscious. And the world being where it was then, I was told to ignore these phenomena, that they were nothing, just in my imagination, and so I shut down this aspect of me.
- Deep in the density of the 3D reality
As a teenager, I was fascinated by astrology, tarot and the likes, and loved to do readings for myself and my friends. And then I got drawn in a completely different reality, the adult life bathing in material considerations of working to earn money that I spent on clothing, going out and travelling. I did that for about a decade, before I felt completely empty from the inside, although I was always so busy, travelling a lot, quite successful at work. I realised I was deep in the rat race and felt my life had no meaning. So, I embarked into a journey of self-discovery which took me to first heal my physical body. - Healing the 3D body
Without knowing what it was about, I listened to a voice within that told me to explore Ayurveda, and so I booked straight a course and retreat in Sri Lanka for 3 weeks. After an understanding of the basics, it all made complete sense. How our westernised approach to health was all but tailored and all but preventive. I felt completely rejuvenated inside out, with my mind and body having had a Ctrl+Alt+Del that was long overdue. From then on, I started really paying attention to dis-eases in my body and reflecting on why I was feeling that. I stopped tea and coffee, became flexitarian, and got back into healthy outdoor activities as much as I could. I took this to the extreme somehow, and wanted to be the first middle-eastern woman to climb the 7 summits, and then realised that this was all ego-driven, and let that one go. - Keeping vibrations high and healing the 4D body
When I was in Sri Lanka, I had a breakthrough in that I managed to free myself from the needs and wants of the material life. I had nothing and was the happiest I’d ever recalled. I was ready to quit work to do some voluntary work and find myself in that process. I and started talking to my family about it, and I got frozen by their fears. The sabbatical that I had asked for at work never materialised, instead I was offered a more glamorous job. I continued with my spiritual practice, went back to India to rekindle with my divine feminine, did a full energy and aura cleansing that cleared a lot of blockages. When I got back, I became a kinder and more caring manager, and detached myself from the outcome. I continued to explore different spiritual practices and to take care of my body. I started juicing for 2 months in a row, then carried on for another few months with raw vegan eating. My vibrations were the highest they’d been, everyone was noticing my change, and I was becoming lighter and lighter energetically. The combined physical and spiritual discipline gave me the strength to quit my job and honour who I was inside. [4D: 4th dimensional astral body, related to the intuition, the inner life]
- Activating the 5D body
My healing journey then exponentially increased, as I was more aligned with my higher self. I continued with energy healing work, working with a trusted energy healer, I looked at wounds that could have been caused by a past life trauma. I understood why I was prone to throat-related dis-eases. I started re-integrating parts of my soul that I’d lost with trauma throughout life. I felt more Whole. And at times, I felt I was back 10 steps, feeling sluggish or in pain without any apparent reason. And if it persisted, I explored the energetic reasons behind it; generally a parasite or other entity latched onto the light. ‘This is a sign of progress’, said the energy healer, ‘as the more you advance, the more other entities will try to bring you down and steal your energy for their agenda. Until you reach a point of light and vibration that they cannot reach’. I am now not far from this stage, and as I’ve started to activate my 5D electrical body with practices such as the synchrogalactic yoga, I am remembering and re-awakening my own healing capacities and telepathic and Clair senses (clairsentience is the one I mostly rely one, with clairvoyance and clairaudience as supporting senses).
