Why a new planner starting on July 26?

Many ancient and native civilisations (Ancient Egypt, Native Americans, and Maori), looked at the heliacal rising of the stars above them, to plan their activities. Heliacal rising means it’s the first day of a cycle when the star becomes visible again in the East, just before sunrise, and the Sun is still far enough below the eastern horizon to make it briefly visible in the morning twilight. Over a few days, the star moves
further towards the west compared to the Sun, until it is no longer visible in the sky at sunrise.
In the case of Ancient Egypt and the Galactic Mayas, the star of reference was Sirius in the Pleiades, the brightest star in the sky, which rises again each year before the Sun, around July 26.
We are aligning to a reference point of July 26, as transmitted by the Law of Time.
